Amendments have been made to the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated November 23, 2020 No. 105.
Decision No. 1 shall enter into force 10 calendar days after its official publication and shall apply to legal relations arising from January 1, 2025.
The Decision regulates the inclusion of Belarusian goods in the Eurasian Register of the EAEU Member States’ Industrial Goods, which allows Belarusian manufacturers to participate freely in public procurement procedures on the territory of the EAEU Member States.
